When Anysa was 18 months old, she was in a pageant in Dallas.  She actually won Miss Photogenic.  :)  I thought she might like to try one of the local small town pageants.  Silly me, thought it would fun and simple.  I should have known better.  These girls-and mommas-were serious. 

Notice that she is the only one with straight hair!  I thought she looked beautiful, did a great job, and won first place in my heart!

Some of my pictures seem out of focus, but I think it is my editing.  I'm rusty!

The Blog Drought of 2011

12 posts in 2011.

Seriously?

Well, 13 if you count this one.

Obviously, I need to count all that I can!

When I started in 2007, I posted 188 times that year.  201 in 2008.  132 in 2009.  65 in 2010.

The pattern is frightening.

But I am here to say that I hope to finish out 2011 with a few bonus tracks and start 2012 with a game plan!

I have done a bit of housekeeping around here in hopes to spruce the place up a bit on my own.  This will do for now.  :)

I am going to leave a breadcrumb trail so everyone can find their way back here!
